| A Self-Catered Apartment is a private apartment, generally situated in a residential neighborhood, enabling you to experience the city like a local. Grocery stores, restaurants, recreational opportunities and city sights are usually located within walking distance. The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. |

| A Serviced Apartment is either a private apartment in a residential area or an apartment in a larger apartment building. Serviced Apartments offer cleaning service usually on a weekly basis, but more frequent cleaning can often be arranged. |

| A Hotel Apartment usually has a 24-hour reception which can provide concierge service and assistance. Hotel apartments often provide a full range of on-site services such as a gym, swimming pool, and restaurant or bar. Daily or weekly cleaning is included and includes a bed linen and towel change along with other housekeeping duties. |

| All of our apartments are fully furnished and include bed linen and towels. The kitchens have all the basic equipment to make a simple meal and enough dishes and cutlery for the maximum number of guests who can sleep in the apartment. All apartments are also equipped with high-speed or wireless internet. |

| You can book an apartment directly through our website. You can search for apartments in 3 different ways: |

| 1. Click on a city on the map on our home page. Choose "Nightly" or "Monthly" depending on how many nights you want to book. Select an apartment from the list and click "Book this Apartment" to proceed to the check-out. |

| 2. Type in your destination and desired dates to our booking engine and choose an apartment from the list. Click "Book this Apartment" to proceed to the check-out |

| 3. Use our online help function to get personalized suggestions from our customer service representative. |

| You can book any of our apartments through our website by paying with a credit card. You will receive a booking confirmation email with the complete address of the apartment and arrival information immediately after booking. |

| The easiest way is to book online using a credit card. You will need to pay the entire amount to book the apartment. If you do not have a credit card, you can also choose to pay us directly through a bank wire transfer. |

| Yes, the prices on our website are all inclusive. |
|
| |
| We usually do not require a damage deposit for any of our apartments. Instead, we charge for the entire amount of the reservation ahead of time and will not allow you to check-in without paying first. |

| We, of course, expect all of our properties to be treated with respect and courtesy. Guests who cause problems or damages to an apartment will be responsible for covering the expense of the damage with sufficient proof from the owner. |

| For some monthly rentals (60 nights or longer), the apartment owner may require you to pay a damage deposit. |

| To book with Red Apple Apartments you must be at least 24 years old. |

| Most of our apartments are non-smoking. If the individual apartment owner will permit smoking in his/her apartment, this will be indicated on the Apartment Information Page. |

| Most of our apartment owners do not allow pets, but if you are planning to bring a pet with you, please contact us before booking the apartment and we will consult with the apartment owner on his or her individual pet policy. |

| For us to best help you make changes to your reservation, please call or send an email to bookings@redappleapartments.com and we can advise you on the easiest way to make the change. |

| The booking confirmation document you received via email when you booked online contains a cancellation link. By clicking on this link you will be taken to our online cancellation form. Please note that if it is less than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will not receive a full refund for your booking. |
| You can always contact us by phone or email for help changing or canceling a reservation. |

| It is up to each individual apartment owner to arrange for key delivery. You will need to contact the owner of the apartment you booked a few days prior to arrival to arrange your check-in time and key delivery. The owner's contact information is included in your booking confirmation email. |
