Traveling as a group of four (two retired couples), we were very happy with the size, cleanliness, and layout of the apartment. Beds were comfortable. Interior design was pleasing. Everything went as planned. The apartment is located about a 10-minute walk to the tube, which is easy to use to get around Stockholm. Inexpensive, particularly compared to taxis. We got ripped off by a taxi, so choose taxis carefully. A good grocery store is across the street, and a liquor store is also nearby. Lots of restaurants about a 15-minute walk away. Outside the apartment there is a lot of construction, but this did not result in noise in the apartment or in problems getting around. Not much to look at, though. Don't count on preparing gourmet meals in the kitchen. Knives were very poor, and other implements were limited to the very basics. But there are plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. for four people. Overall, our experience was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.
Great position Near to good supermarket. Short walk to subway. Overall a good stay...just wished the washing machine had worked( it was broken) Would recommend
As 5 adult family members traveling together, we found this a good option, with three bedrooms with queen beds. It was clean and spacious, with ample room to hang out in the living/dining area. It had a large tv but with very complicated directions for use that we never quite mastered. Ditto the washer. It would help to have signs or a book with directions in English. We were shown many things in very rapid succesion upon arrival that were hard to recall exactly later, leading to some frustration. Also, there is major, noisy costruction going on right next to this building, a massive building that will not be soon completed. The noise starts by 8:00 a.m. or earlier, however, luckily you dont hear it in the bedrooms. But breakfast is a noisy affair, with the dining table right near the noise. If you plan to be out most of the day, it shouldnt be too bad, but just be prepared for this. The bus stops nearby, which is handy for getting around. And there is a lovely French brasserie two blocks away called Brasserie Le Pot, which we highly recommend. A supermarket is just across the corner. Very handy. All in all, we left with a mostly positive impression.
