The kitchen is fully equipped (with a dishwasher) and convivial thanks to its large dining table. The rooms are quite adjoining: after crossing the kitchen/dining room, find the living room, cozy and neatly decorated, then, a quiet bedroom (in the back of the building). From the bathroom, a little stairs will take a big bathroom (bath, shower, washing machine and dryer).
One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa who can be a double bed!
As its name says it, the apartment is located in the Livourne Street known for its quality bars and restaurants. For Jennifer, you will enjoy La Tsampa, one of the oldest food organic shop of Brussels which offers delicious meals.
The Bailli Street (perpendicular to the Livourne Street) is useful for its boutiques, bars, snack bars, hair dressers and his fresh juice bar, le Guapa Juice.
However, the hot spot is definitely the Châtelain Place at only a two minutes’ walk. You will find various select bars, fine groceries stores, florists, boutiques… And on Wednesdays, it’s market day! From 9am to 8 pm, you will enjoy various nice products! In a friendly atmosphere, many friends gather and take a little drink in la Pioja, a nice typical Italian restaurant that I like very much.
