Situated in the heart of the Suquet ( Old town ) this newly built (2011) apartment is perfect for any stay in Cannes. Surrounded by the Old town yet equipped with Wifi, Air Con, electric shutters, modern kitchen and a new lift. The apartment also has an outside terrace for dining or sunbathing in the afternoons. The apartment is very quiet and is no more than 10 minutes walk from every attraction.
The apartment has one double bedroom with one double bed and one double sofa bed in the lounge area. A child's Crib/cot can be supplied for an extra fee. The apartment sleeps 4 persons in total.
Located in the Suquet (Old Town ) the apartment is no more than 10 minutes away from all amenities. Midi beach is a 1 minute walk, the Old Port is 3 minutes walk and the town centre and Festival Hall is 7-10 minutes walk. The apartment is close to hundreds of restaurants and bars. Cannes shops in Rue d'Antibes and central Cannes are all within a 10 minute walk.
Everything Cannes has to offer is within a short walk of the apartment. Midi beach is 1 minutes walk, the Old Port 3 minutes walk, The Hotel de Ville is 7 minutes walk and the Congress Hall is 8-10 minutes walk.The Croisette is a five minute walk away and hotels such as the Martinez and Carlton are 12-15 minutes walk along the Croisette. Mandelieu Golf course is with 3 KM and the Lerryn Islands and St Tropez can be reached by ferry from the Old Port which is around the corner.
Express bus 200x directly from Nice airport. It takes 30 minutes and stops only in Cannes La Bocca and Centre Ville. Other fully stopping buses run from the airport to Cannes but take over an hour and can be crowded so not good if you have suitcases etc. They are incredibly cheap however. It is possible to also get a train from Nice just outside of the airport. Taxis can be 100 euros or more.
The apartment is 1000 meters from Cannes centre. From the Hotel De Ville or bus station find rue Felix Faure, located directly behind the Mayor's building/town Hall. Turn left onto this road and follow it away from the town up the hill. This road now turns into Rue Georges Clemenceau. Walk on the right hand side for 800 metes and the apartment can be found on the right directly opposite Impasse Galeotti and the H2o Spa centre.

The apartment is ideal for both business (congress) travellers and Vacation travellers. It is brilliantly located for all Cannes has to offer. It is modern and and comfortable and yet situated in the Old Town surrounded by the charm of the Suquet and very peaceful and quiet after a hectic day at conference or on the beach.
