This lovely apartment is in a very charming old house from 1730 in the oldest street of Copenhagen. This place gives you a true experience of how it is to live in the city center in a historic place. It's one of 3 apartments in the same house: the other 2 are 4886 on the 3rd. floor and 6066 on the 1st. floor.
There are two master bedrooms: 1 with two single beds, the other with a double bed. Then there is a small separate room with a single bed. There is a living room with a sofa and a dining table with 5 chairs.
The apartment is located in the city center and it only takes about 5 min to walk to the main shopping street Stroget. The area is very charming with a lot of small restaurants, shops and cafes.
You can walk the the city center. Tivoli, Rådhuspladsen, Stroget and many other fantastic places in the city center can be visited.
Best is to take Metro to Kgs. Nytorv st station from Kastrup. Then either walk to the apartment about 10 min or change Metro at Kgs. Nytorv and travel 1 stop to Gl. Strand only 3 min away. Travel time to airport is around 30 min
Best way is to walk. Takes about 5 minutes.
To the airport 7.50km
To the metro
300 m
There is a micro wave and induction hotplates, but no real stove.

So there was a hilarious mix up when we arrived. There was no one there when we arrived to check in with. We were already told if this happened, our room would be open with keys on the table. I walked up the apartment and found one room that was open with keys on the table. It was filthy!! So my sister and I spent about an hour cleaning it and then moved in. Later that night, one of the girls staying with us broke the key in the lock. After calling the owner we found out that it was in fact not our room at all!! We had accidentally passed by our room on the floor below. Beautiful place, loads of room for all of us. We felt so silly!! The mix up was completely our fault. The apartment we expected not to be much because it wasn't booked up and there was no one there when we arrived. This place is so underrated!! It was walking distance from everything and such a cheap price for that. We had put money aside to pay for the metro, but didn't need to use it only to get to the airport. We were round the corner from clubs and pubs and the main shopping street and the event we were partaking in. It was a wonderful stay, the owner, Ruth, we can not rate highly enough. Such a lovely and helpful woman. 5 stars all round on this one, we miss Copenhagen and would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.
We stayed in the apartement for two nights in April. Its in a historical building in the old town of Kopenhagen, only a few steps from different cafes, restaurants and shops. If you dont need a highly equipped accomodation, you will enjoy your stay!
Excellent location with a roomy and quaint apartment. A very nice historic property with comfortable furnishings. Unfortunately, the kitchen appliances were the bare minimum with no paper towels, not enough silverware, etc The staff were very helpful and the accommodation overall was very good.
The location was perfect for access to the city. Directions to the apartment were a bit confusing. We did not go out at night and it was quite noisy. All in all it was a good stay as long as you are aware of the situation.
The apartment was located in pretty much the perfect location, and was huge. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. The next time I visit Copenhagen, I will definitely rent this apartment.
beautiful apartment, excellent location, close to goof restaurants. Only the beds: mattresses are out of date, and unfit for everyone with a bad back......
A lovely apartment for up to 4 people in the centre of Copenhagen. Very close to shops and tourist attractions. As it is a central location car parking is quite pricey though that is to be expected. (Q-park is not much of a walk away but two days cost us nearly £56)
This is a great apartment...perfect for a small family. The location is in a wonderful location close to all the major sites in Copenhagen. All the sites are easily walkable from this apartment and yet you are close to major public transport. Restaurants, museums and Tivoli Park are right next door. We enjoyed apartment for its restful and simple atmosphere and there are some wonderful antiques decorating the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment!
It is an unconventional charming little flat, and we felt very much at home! Thank you!
A clean, well-priced and centrally located apartment. The booking process was straight forward and the owner emailed detailed, helpful information about the apartment and the local area. The apartment is clean and well equipped (though kitchen facilities are limited). The old wine press is a feature of the main bedroom. We had a minor problem with rain leaking into the sitting room (due to exceptionally heavy rain) and rang the owner in the middle of the night. She was unfazed by the time of our call, offered helpful advice and gave us 2 bottles of wine for our trouble. We all enjoyed our stay and even the midnight leak added to the fun.
New comfortable beds in the apartment! Twin beds with thick foam mattresses
One amazing centrally located apartment with character, you will not be disappointed. The owners are amazing, the apartment is clean and spacious. It gives a sense of living in the character of another era in central Copenhagen. Loved it and recommend it to others.
