The local environment is cozy with many small shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
Few min. walk away lies the Royal Agricultural College with its lovely garden (and a small café). Approx. 10-15 min. walk away is the Frederiksberg Garden with lakes, canals and playground. From the garden you can look into the new elephant house and area in the Zoo close by. The zoo has been renovated during the last 10 years. The latest feature is The Arctic Ring. See polar bears swimming under water.
Close to the apartment lies Meyer's Deli. Claus Meyer is one of the founders of NOMA.

A two kilometre stroll to the city limits of Copenhagen. The Metro was close by, but with so much to see, walking to the Glypotech, National Museum and Tivoli was just too easy. Two supermarkets Irma and Netto were 2 minutes away. If you want to be just outside of Copenhagen city than this is the place to stay. The apartment was large, although there was only one bedroom, the study had a futon type bed available. The Host was very gracious and lay back. I felt at home the entire time. Beware Travelers with lots of luggage. The apartment is one the third floor (no lift). Also tricky for Taxi drop-off as the apartment is situated on a main road. If these two inconveniences do not bother you, they treat yourself and stay here!
This apartment is smack dab in the middle of Frederiksberg. It is huge and very well appointed. Kitchen is well laid out for cooking. Living areas very nice. I will probably never understand why Danish apartments can be so big without having a second bedroom

We all loved this apartment it ooozed warmth and is tasteful, even to the creeky floors, had great space and kitchen was easy to use, would highly recommend this apartment, a 20 minute walk to city centre
This apartment is huge and tastefully laid out even though there is only 1 bedroom. Kitchen is well laid out for cooking. Bed is very comfortable. The world is just outside your doorstep, restaurants shops etc. Tivoli is a 20 minute walk. You wont be disappointed.

We loved staying in this spacious, comfortable apartment. It was in a lovely residential area within an easy walk or short bus ride to city centre, it took just 20 min by metro from the airport. Nice cafes and restaurants close by and a variety of nice shops. Would certainly recommend.

This apartment is big, airy and very comfortable. You can invite friends over for dinner, as there is a big dining room. We enjoyed the cozy lounge rooms and that it was close to everything in Copenhagen. It is quiet and peaceful, but unfortunately the place smells strongly of smoke, so if you are a non-smoker, it can be hard to deal with.
Pros: - Apartment is very spacious - All appliances provided, including washer/dryer is a plus - Kitchen was great - Owner is a very nice person who was in the apartment for check in and to explain to us all the features - Very convenient location for the things we wanted to do Cons: - Apartment is in the third floor in a building that does not have an elevator. Traveling with family, we had several bags. So it was real chore carrying everything up and then down - Since windows were left open (I'm assuming this is common in Europe since there is no AC), there was quite a bit of dust throughout Overall, will recommend this place.
We had good communication with the apartment owner by email and text prior to arrival and they met us at the apartment on arrival. Couldn't believe our luck when they showed us around the apartment - v elegant, spacious and brilliantly equipped throughout including huge tv in lounge and bedroom, dishwasher, wash machine, dryer. Wifi available too. The owner also provided loads of clean towels. It really was a very comfortable stay. The emphasis in the apartment was on living accommodation . We had the main bedroom but our daughters were comfortable enough in the smaller 2nd bedroom although this was quite compact . Great location - safe feeling neighbourhood easily accessible to Copenhagen centre by bus ( stop close to apartment ) and a wide range of shops,cafes etc close by including a very handy Netto for day to day supplies. We found it hard to find reasonably priced accommodation for a family of 4 adults and this apartment fitted the bill perfectly . We have already recommended the apartment to friends.
Couldn't have been more pleased. The apartment met all our requirements. The bus was so close by, it made everything we wanted to see in Copenhagen near by. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a great base from which to enjoy Copenhagen.
The apartment was advertised as accommodating 5 in fact it accommodated 3 comfortably and four uncomfortably. we were a party of 4. The kitchen was full of equipment but basics were missing and the toaster did not work. The apartment was very convenient location. The surrounding shops and parks were lovely.
