This modern apartment is located in the basement of a villa. Suitable for 1 adult for a longer period than 3 months. 2 adults may be accepted for a stay of up to 3 months. There is a small bedroom with a closet. The large room has a fully equipped kitchen and a table with chairs. Also a sofa and a TV with Swedish cable channels. The bathroom was rebuilt in 2015 and has a heated floor, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Single bed in the bedroom. For shorter stays of up to 3 months and additional single bed can be arranged in the living room.
Safe residential area with a small grocery store a 5 minute walk away. The tram is 2 minutes away. 15 minutes walk to Avenyn, the most famous street in Gothenburg.
The large amusement park Liseberg is 10 minutes away. The city center is 15 minutes by foot.
