The Sauveniere Boulevard is an important artery linking Liege’s main quarters to the city center. It is well known for its various employment and travel agencies but also for its restaurants, bars and snack bars.
Facing the building, the Saint Gilles Street is full of little stores, bakeries, book stores, one of the best ice-cream makers (the well-known Franchi) and various snack bars. Near, the Pont d’Avroy Street will lead you to one of the walking center of Liege with various boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets. A fitness gym is available 5 minutes away.
