It was completely renovated in late 2015 in a modern style and design. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The living room is very bright with an impressively high ceiling and an interior exposed brick wall that gives a certain charm.

Being here you will soon realize that Liège is not such a big city because everything is at walking distance and nothing is too far. In a 5 minutes walk you will reach the points of interest of the city: Place Saint-Lambert and the shopping gallery, the pedestrianized center and its shops, bars and restaurants, the historic center and access to the slopes, the area Outremeuse on the other bank of the Meuse etc.
You will enjoy an ideal location, very central. A few days after your arrival, you will be accustomed to the Liege way of life. Note that you are halfway between the theater and the opera, the theaters are within 10 minutes walk, there are several supermarkets within a 5 minutes walk (Carrefour market, Okay Compact and Delhaize) as well as smaller shops in the area and a gym that is also very close.
