The house was entirely renovated in 2012. The House has numerous qualities. It is spacious, bright, comfortable and ideally located. Thanks to its modern and cozy decoration, you will feel like you are home. The House is divided on two levels. There is one very nice bedroom and one bathroom. You can have a look at the pictures to discover the beautiful ground floor. The House presents also the advantage to have a garage with an automatic door (which is practical and safe) and a terrace which is very pleasant to spend a relaxing time or to have dinner or lunch during the sunny days.

The House is very close to the city centre (10-15 min walk) but far enough so that you won't be disturbed by the noise of the city nightlife. An amount of charges is included in the rent. The meter are read at the check-in and check-out. The excess of charges will be due. Security deposit of 1,500 EUR required upon check in, will be returned in full at check-out, if there is no damage to the apartment.
