The Studio Rogier is a nice and functional studio of 34m². The living room consists of a "lounge area" with a sofa bed ( 130 cm x 190 cm) and a "dining area" with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom (shower and washing machine) and a separate WC.

The Studio is located at the bottom of the Guillemins quarter, just next to the Guillemins train station which was inaugurated in 2009 by the architect Calatrava. Since then, this quarter has been expanding with various projects such as the creation of a footbridge linking the station to the Boverie Garden (perfect place for your picnics or walks).
You will feel at home and will have everything at hand thanks to all the facilities in the Guillemins Street: a wash house, a bakery (try Eggen-Nols), a paper shop, a drugstore, little shops, supermarkets (Aldi and Carrefour), and restaurants. And if you want to go downtown, it will only take a 10-15 minutes’ walk (through the Avroy Garden) to do so. There is also a dozen of bus stops located in the area.
