Brand new apartment just 5 minutes away from downtown Lisbon. With all the comfort you need and able to accommodate 4 persons. Has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy Lisbon' sunny weather. This is a modern apartment in a new building close to downtown Lisbon. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine.
There is one bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom and access to the terrace. There are also two single beds that can be placed in the room or in the living room. These beds can also be used and a double bed for a couple. They are easy to store, no need to take off the linens and are fir for children or adults.
If you need a crib, please mention that in your booking.
This area is where you'll get to experience the true Lisbon culture. Just around the corner you can listen to Fado while enjoying a nice meal that will cost you pennies comparing to what you'll get out of it (around 30€ if you feel like eating seafood).
You'll be at walking distance to all of Lisbon's most attractive places.
In Largo do Intendente (5 minutes walking distance), you can visit some of the alternative local lifestyle. Old and decadent buildings where turned in to trendy bars and galleries and here is where you'll hang out with the creative mass of Lisbon.
Don't forget to check out "Vida Portuguesa", a shop that brings back vintage brands and products from the Portuguese way of life.
Just down street (20 meters away) you'll find Intendente underground station.
Once in Almirante Reis Avenue you can also catch the famous 28 tram that goes to Alfama and the Castle. You can also take the bus, if you don't like taking the subway.
10 minutes walking distance you'll be in Martim Moniz square and another 3 minutes, you'll arrive downtown.
The best way is to take the underground and take off at INTENDENTE station. It takes about 20 minutes the all journey.
The nearest underground station is INTENDENTE. Once there, you'll just have to go up the street and you're at the apartment.
