My space is held at the highest level of cleanliness and comfort at all times; I am always available if there is anything missing for your comfort. The bathroom will be equipped with basics you might have forgotten (cotton pads, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair products, etc.) kitchen basics (coffee, tea, jams, pasta, rice, spices, etc.) and the space generally will have international adapters if needed, tourist information, recommendations, an extensive library in a few languages, and an organic, welcoming and diversified space to supply you with a comfortable and hassle free stay, a haven where you can relax without worries at the end of a long day around the city. Speaking of which, it couldn't be better located. We are at the doors of Alfama, which means you can explore the core of downtown entirely by foot, and will hardly need to use the public transport unless you're going outside of the city. It is a perfect space which mixes the traditional Portuguese neighborhood and lifestyle, with the impressive and interesting pieces of the city all within reach. Tours of the city are also available with me, as I am a local tour guide :) A typical and delicious Alentejo wine, and our famous Pastel de Natas will be waiting for you at your arrival.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ample storage space; it is a spacious and comfortable room. The second bedroom has a double sized bed, its own personal balcony, storage space and a desk; a bit smaller but also of a good size, and with a lot of character.

from Praça do Comerçio, you must walk east; in other words if you are facing the huge arch towering over the square and not the river, you must go right, down Rua da Alfandega. When the street takes a sharp turn to the right, you turn left and go towards the shops and restaurants. You will see a restaurant named "Taberna Moderna" to its right there is an arch named "arco das portas do mar". Walked through, and up the stairs straight ahead.
