It is a Vintage style very beautiful, cozy, just furnished apartment with 2 double rooms, a sitting room, a bathroom, a complete equipped kitchen, and a large private terrace. It has been decorated with attention for small details and with a sense of harmony and comfort. It is located in a lively and pedestrian street full of cinemas, restaurants and terraces just meters away from Gran Via.
There are two double rooms ( with bed for two) and in the sitting room there is as well a very comfortable sleeper sofa (Italian style) for two.
The neighbourhood is Argüelles, close to the known square in the center of Madrid called Plaza de España. The street Martin de los Heros where the apartment is located is the Madrilian walk of Fame, with its stars on the floor and full of cinemas and restaurants of all types. It has a variety of grocery stores in the street and the El Corte Inglés ( a tupí al Spanish mall) at 10 minutes walking. It is an area well connected to the others parts of Madrid through the public transport that has stops (at few minutes walking) all around this street. It has one of the biggest parks of Madrid, el Parque del Oeste, that harbors the unique egyptian temple, Templo de Debod. The apartment it's also located at 5 minutes walking to the Royal Palace and the Opera Theater as well at to the Gran Vía
You can go walking to the apartment to Gran Vía, Templo de Debod, Parque del Oeste, Opera, Palacio Real, Sol, Plaza Mayor..In fact to all the main monuments of Madrid center
The cheapest way to get to the apartment from the Airport it is to get the subway (around 40 minutes) it is an easy and comfortable trip. The nearest stops to the flat are Plaza de España ( line Number 10 blue) and Ventura Rodriguez ( line 3 yellow)
