The living room is very spacious and soberly decorated, with an original chimney from the XIX century and very illuminated with two lovely balconies with views to the central but quiet street. The dinning room has a large table with 6 colorful chairs which gives it a very modern style.

Just a few meters away from Gran Via Metro Station and about 5 minutes walking from the city´s “0 kilometer ” in the Puerta del Sol. Absolute centre of the capital, the most historic but also modern, the most tourist but at the same time the most crowded by locals.
Worldwide known museums such as Reina Sofía, Prado or Thyssen Bornemisza, and the main park : El Retiro . Everything within walking distance! And of course this is an area where you´ll find the best and most typical restaurants, bars and shops.
