The apartment is situated in the resort of Dona Lola. Dona Lola has a large inside and outside cafeteria at the entrance of the resort and first class restaurant pool and beachside. There are 2 mini markets in the resort which cover all basic necessities.
Outside the resort, on the other side of the road there is a large supermarket called Super Sol, a pharmacy, and several other shops. These shops are reached via a pedestrian bridge over the road.
There is a boardwalk outside Dona Lola, where you can walk to Cabopino beach and restaurants and further towards Marbella. In the other direction, you can walk to La Cala, 30 mins. There are chiringuitos (beach cafes) along the way. Fuengirola is 14 kilometers away and there is a bus service.
