The bedroom has new double bed. In Living room there is new sleeping sofa for two people.

There is a air bus that takes you to BSI and there from to the hotels. Our apartment is just beside Fosshotel Baron. We can meet you there and walk with you 100 m to our place.
Skúlagata is by the shore. Its easy to find. We meet our guests at arrival.

A friendly welcome on arrival (even though we were considerably delayed), a smart clean apartment within easy walking distance of the city centre and the shore, well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommended.
This apartment delighted us when we arrived as it was well located close to the main shopping street, Laugavegur, and the waterfront. We were met by the apartment owner, who gave us our keys and stocked the fridge with milk, butter and cheese as well as fresh rolls for our breakfast which was very much appreciated. The apartment was very comfortable and homely with plenty of toiletries, washing powder, and food essentials (coffee/tea, condiments, etc) for cooking light meals. There was parking under the building and the apartment had a wide screen TV and wifi. It also has a large balcony which would be an asset in the summer months and there is a small supermarket in the next street. We booked a bus tour and the bus company who arrange hotel pick-ups were able to pick up/drop off at the Fosse Baron Hotel, a short walk from the apartment. We will definitely book this apartment again when we return to Iceland for a holiday.
