The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, the street is a closed end one with almost no traffic. Small garden and a patio facing south. Spacious kitchen with state of the art appliances, every room with Internet access, an office and a security system. We are a family of four and a dog. The house resembles the family size - it is a fully lived in house. The location is very central. 10 minute walk takes you to a salmon river - the only one in a Europe's Capital with wild salmon. Walking in the other direction takes you to the beach, where the City funnels excess hot water into the sea to make the bathing bearable ;-) There is a 5 minute drive to the city's center and also a very easy access to the rest of the country.
