The kitchen is very well equipped with kitchen ware and a dishwasher. The double bed is very comfortable. Apartment is always warm and you can open windows if too warm. Robot vacuum cleaner and Rainbow vacuum cleaner are also available in the apartment.
In the bedroom there is a double bed with electrical equipment to higher and lower the pillow and legs area. Can not be separated.
The apartment is in the eastern part of Reykjavik, in the middle of town, (5 km from the center) with many food stores close by and 3 restaurants, a mall within 500 m and 2 bakeries, exercising station and a pharmacy. A little further away is an area with lots of stores of all kinds.
Laugardalslaug (swimming pool), Asmundarsafn (famous sculpture museeum) in the home of the artist, Tokyo Sushi and Saffran (restaurants, Botanical Garden of Reykjavík, a living museum in the open air, Elliðaár, a salmon river with unique hiking trails
Take the fly bus from the airport (45 km) to BSI (fly bus) end station. From there the distance is c. 5 km, take a bus or taxi. If driving you take Miklabraut, turn left at Grensásvegur, turn right at Suðurlandsbraut and Left in Álfheimar, your place.

Location is close to a big green garden (Laugardalur) and only 10 min walk to a swimming pool with hot water all year round. A washing room is in the basement, also a dryer and the neighbours are pretty easy to get on with
