The 2 bedroom apartment located in Rijeka was renovated in 2019. In decorating, we have made a lifestyle attitude in harmony with nature and the idea of preserving the environment. Most of the recycled materials were used.
It consists of two bedrooms: first one with double bed and second one with two separate beds, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, cooking plate, water kettle, coffee machine and all other equipment. Living room with air conditioner, seating area and Flat screen TV. Fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer and the possibility to use the washing machine. Numerous beaches are provided along the Rijeka Coast from Kostrena to Kantrida. The first beach from the apartment is 5 minutes by car, and is located on the Pećine.

It is urban suburb 2,7 km from centre and the sea. There is grocery stores (tower center where you can buy food, clothes, and lot of other things), and restaurants.
The apartment is located in a place with excellent connection to various places. Only a 10-minute walk to the Tower Center Rijeka shopping center, a 1-minute walk from the city bus station,
3 minutes by car to Trsat Castle, the center of Rijeka and the Korzo promenade,City theatre , Museum and old town center are a 5-minute drive away.
Train and bus station 4 km. The swimming complex is 9 km away, the airport is 23 km, and Opatija 17 km.
