This is a studio with kitchen, double bed and sofa, and a separated bathroom with shower and WC. The studio is 30 m2 and has everything that can be needed for comfortable living. Fridge, washing machine, big TV, all kinds of tableware, bathrobes, towels, hairdryer, books and magazines. Our guests will find a modern and eclectic accommodation with historical elements.
There is a double bed in the bedroom that can be separated into two singles. And a sofa in the living room area suitable for two people.

Central of St. Petersburg - is an epicenter of entertainment, cultural life and restaurants of all kinds. There are lots of those on Nekrasova Street as well as cafe, bakeries, small shops. Restaurants of Georgian, Ukrainian, Mexican, Uzbek and many other cuisines. Right in front of the apartments, there's "Maltzevsky rinok" - is a market with fresh food. Closer to Liteyny Prospect there is a fabulous puppet-show.
10 minutes' walk to the famous Tauride Garden and to the high-street of the city Nevsky avenue, 20 minutes' walk to the Palace square, Winter palace and Hermitage museum, Russian museum, Summer garden etc.

By public transportation
Express bus № 39 — the bus stop is right after you exit from arrival hall of the
airport. It will take you to “Moskovskaya” subway station (blue line).
Then by subway reach station “Tekhnologichesky Institut 2”.
Change to the red line on “Tekhnologichesky Institut 1” and get off after three
stops on “Ploshad Vosstaniya” subway station.
Total cost of the tickets is 59 rubles
20 minutes' walk to the main attractions of the city. There's also bus #22 to take you there. Or just in 10 minutes' walk there's a subway station, that can take you to any part of the city. We also give all directions written to our guests.
