A house in natural Mediterranean environment, shadowed and surrounded with big pine and oak tree, with large terrace on the ground floor with beautiful south view to the sea and island of Brač in far.
Indoors and interior are arranged and equipped simply and functionally, designed rustically in an old-fashion manner, with surfaces lined and coated with natural wood and stone or plaster.
The ground floor consist of main large room for living and dining with fire-place, the kitchen which is opened and lean-to it, a bathroom and staircase for up-floor in between. The main room comes out to large south terrace. Kitchen has its separated entrance. Upper floor is loft with 3 bedrooms available. There's a small balcony that belongs to two south rooms.
Right behind the external door exit is placed 1 covered parking place.
Each of 3 bedrooms are arranged with two single beds with bedside cabinet with open shelf and lamp on. If necessary single beds can be removed and lean against to make a double one.
Rooms have a wardrobe, commode or closet, 1-2 chairs, wall hangers back of the doors.
There is a sleeper sofa in the living room suitable and comfortable for one person.
There is no crib or child's bed particularly, but it can be ordered on request.
House is placed in residential area, surrounded with other, to a greater extent seasonal residential properties. It's located under the main road D8, second row from the sea.
The nearest urban center is a little Dalmatian town Omiš, 6 km from here. There's a village Stanići about 800 m far to the west, too. Split, 2nd the biggest town in the state is 32 km far to the west, roundly as town Makarska to the east. They are all situated at the sea coast connected with main road D8.
As it's a residential area, out of urban center, so there is no particularly urban attractions nearby. Instead of it's a natural sea coast environment.
There is a little market Studenac to the east, right before entrance to the area of hotel Sagita, and a restaurant Ljetni San is there, just over the road.
You can walk to above mentioned market and restaurant. If you walk by the sea to the west after few hundred meters you will reach a hotel. Due this walking you'll be passing by and through amazing old pine forest and pebble beaches.
For visiting any closer local or farther regional attractions you'll need to use a car.
