The house was built in the year 1920. The apartment is in a few minutes walking distance from Stavanger centrer, in a quiet neighbourhood.
The apartment is in two floors. On the main floor there is a open space with kitchen and a livingroom area with a sofa and a TV and a dining table with 6/8 chairs. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom one the 1st. floor. The kitchen is with all modern appliances .
On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds), bathroom and a balcony.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, but close to the city centre where one can find restaurants, bars and stores. There is a local grocery store and a l bakery within a few minute walking distance.
Stavanger centrum is about 10 min. walk. There you can find lots of shops, restaurants. There is also a beautiful beach, Godalen,in about 10 min. walking distance from the house.
Take the local bus nr. 9 to the city centum an walk or take a taxi to Lysefjordgata.
You turn right when you walk out of the house and walk straight away for about 5-10 min. and your are in Stavanger city center.
We can arrange a baby chair and a baby bed if one needs that.
