The house consists of two apartments and is situated inside a private yard. The guest will have full access to the small green private garden with a table, chairs and a hammock. Guests are welcome to sleep in two separate rooms if they like. No children accepted in this apartment.
There is one bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a comfortable 120 cm sleeper sofa in the adjoining room (green sofa in the photos). Only 2 guests in total accepted.
The house is located in Södermalm in central Stockholm. It is an urban neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants nearby. From the windows you have a fantastic view of the Stockholm waterfront.
Walking distance to the Old Town, everything is very near the house, good restaurants, shopping and museums.
Take the airport coach (Flygbussarna) to the City Center it takes about 45 minutes.
Take bus 53 from Hamngatan to Nytorgsgatan. From there it's a 5 minute walk to the apartment.

The apartment is just a wonderful place to stay. Södermalm is very lively with lots of pubs, nice shops... The apartment itself is located in a very quiet small street. The owner is friendly, the kitchen is very well equipped, large rooms, beautiful view. Very clean. There is just nothing to blame about. Highly recommended.
Very old heritage building. Modern amenities are limited, eg, no dishwasher or microwave, but the ambience, the friendly, helpful owner and its excellent location made this apartment a delight.
This property has origins built in the year 1725, and its a true gem! The bedroom and living room are spacious, and the kitchen provides all the mod-cons. The outdoor patio is cute and a nice place for breakfast. A second bed was placed in one corner of the living room, and it was perfect for two friends staying On the same street is a stunning cathedral and the views are breath-taking. The city centre is just a pleasant 20 minutes walk away. The nearest train statsions are both around 15 minutes walk. I was very impressed with the owner who was caring, and took time to provide Swedish hospitality from her live-in home downstairs.
Eine wirklich schöne und super gelegenen Wohnung, mit einer sehr gemütlichen, gut ausgestatteten Küche zum gemeinsamen Kochen. Die Wohnung ist absolut so, wie von der Vermieterin beschrieben! Wir sind sehr freundlich begrüßt worden und haben uns die Woche über sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!
