The apartment is located in Gamla Stan, the Old Town, in the city center of Stockholm. Steps away you can find the Royal Palace, the Nobel museum and the liverly streets with restaurants and cafes.
The city hall, where the Nobel Price dinner is held, is 15 min walk away. Central station is also 15min away. Östermalm can be reached in 20 min walk, from here you can reach the island of Djurgården.
Take the Arlanda Express to central station and from here the metro to Gamla Stan.

No complaints - apartment was as expected (old and wonderful)
For those traveling to Stockholm you have to see Gamla Stan. The apartment is adorable with the cutest kitchen. There was not a fan in the bedroom, but we bought a great one and left behind for future couples to enjoy (for husbands that snore). 5 min walk to grocery store and a great little thrift store directly across the street. Few more things: trash is on the first floor, laundry (although implied complimentary) is not. And mention up front you don't want to be disturbed during your stay. Sweden it self was fantastic and gorgeous. but with very high sales tax. Swed's are super nice, everyone speaks English, and so safe. We saw a unattended baby in a buggy left on the sidewalk while the mother was inside a store shopping...something that was amazing to this American. Also wear comfortable shoes with thick soles...it's all cobblestone. For the ladies: there is a blow dryer and an iron. For the men: there is a small TV and a DVD player (but plays region 2 DVDs).
